30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements — Non-Negotiable for All Apparel
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions without exception:
- Unworn — Items may only be tried on. Any signs of actual wear will disqualify the return.
- Unwashed — Garments must not have been laundered or dry cleaned in any way.
- Unaltered — Items must not have been hemmed, tailored, or modified in any manner.
- Original Packaging — Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Resalable Condition — Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, and any other signs of use.
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, visit our Return Request page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid, downloadable return shipping label provided through Shopify.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer two return options, and the cost of return shipping depends on your chosen resolution:
Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method
A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience. The cost of the return label (typically $6–$7) will be deducted from your refund at the time it is processed. No upfront payment is required — the label cost is simply subtracted from the amount returned to your original payment method.
Option 2: Exchange or Store Credit
Return shipping is completely free when you choose to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product — or when you opt for store credit. No label cost will be deducted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, minus any applicable return label deduction.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items not in original packaging or missing tags
- Final sale items (if applicable, marked at time of purchase)
By completing a purchase with Built for Christ, you agree to the terms of this return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
